Plastc Card

The world is slowly transforming into a totally digital age...even for your debit cards.  Plastc Card has the ability to digitally load all of your debit/credit cards onto one interface.  Forget the days of carrying a packed wallet because of too many cards...this device will solve all of that.

The only downfall I see at first glance is the battery life.  What happens when you're out and it dies on you?  Could be frustrating.  What do you think?

Tile

Tile.  This just makes a lot of sense.  How many of us are constantly losing items around the house?  Or even anywhere outside of the house?  Well this app and device combo will potentially solve all of those problems.  The Tile app uses these small tracking devices to help you keep up with your belongings.  I think the idea is brilliant.  The only drawback I see currently is that you have to send in and recycle each one after a full year of service.  Seems a bit inconvenient, but other than that it's a great product.  You can check out the website for questions and pre-orders with the link below.

Innovation meets timeless, elegant design.  The Swich Wireless Charger, acronym for Smartphone Wireless Charger, is pure beauty!  Made of ceramic, American Walnut, and micro-suction acrylic foam, this device is a great add to your desk for looks and functionality.  The charger stands on it's own and swivels 180 degrees for vertical or horizontal layouts for either your smartphone or tablet devices.

KAWS Studio by Wonderwall

Wonderwall, a Japanese architectual firm, has helped rejuvenate KAWS' studio in Brooklyn.  When I saw this today, I was completely inspired in more ways than one.  This type of work environment is something I crave to have under my possession one day.  So simple.  So intriguing.  Something a designer/artist needs on a daily basis in my eyes.  To view more of the space, click the link below!

Nissan's Smartwatch

Nissan is now a part of the next revolutionary device...the smartwatch.  This is the first watch to connect driver and car together.  The watch allows you to check the vehicle's efficiency, average speed,  fuel consumption, vehicle telematics and other performance data.  This watch would only work with Nismo edition vehicles though.  All in all, this is pretty cool.  What do you think?

Q. Designs...Brand Coming Soon

WHAT UP WORLD!  FINALLY!  Q. Designs is gearing up to launch it's first shoe of the anticipated shoe line.  I've had too many people ask me when I would design and launch my own shoes.  Well that time has come.  I'm now in the process of having the first one sampled as we speak.  Expect within the next two months for an Indiegogo campaign to kick it off.  Are you excited like I am?!  History in the making!  GET READY!

Car of the Day

Car of the Day goes to the Camal Tributo Concept.  This car was based on the Maserati GranTurismo, obviously, judging by the proportions and lines but with a little twist.  The designers are Alessio Minchella, Alexander Camorali, and Paul Garella.  What do you think...would you buy this?

NeverWet Arrives

From Rust-Oleum comes one of the most revolutionary items any serious sneaker collector could imagine. Dubbed NeverWet, the spray-on coating repels water, mud, ice and other liquids from nearly any solid surface.

 In the hands-on video demonstration, a pair of perfectly clean Vans are doused in chocolate syrup, red wine vinegar and mustard – a recipe for disaster – but emerge unscathed. Of course, the product has many uses outside of sneaker protection, several of those are demonstrated in the video above. The spray is available now at Home Depot stores and is expected to hit other retailers in the coming months.

The Adidas Springblade has had a ton of hype lately and rightly so!  This new technology is really dope and new.  CounterKicks gave us an inside look at some of the sketches and renderings of it.  The shoe drops on August 1 for $180...are you buying?

The picture of the up-and-coming SpringBlade from Adidas was leaked by RGIII yesterday via Twitter.  This sleek running shoe features a base of nine step-like platforms instead of the traditional foam midsole/rubber outsole.  As you see it's more of "springy blades".  Check the video to see it in action!  This is a revolutionary technology!
