The Q.DESIGNS "What If" Series
For those that follow me via Instagram have seen this, but for those that haven't...this is part 1 of the Q.DESIGNS "What If" Series. I wanted to start a design series of shoes that would basically ask the question, "What if Q.DESIGNS was given the opportunity to collaborate with different footwear companies to revamp some of their most popular styles?"
The first shoe up was the Air Jordan 8. The shoe to me is a classic so I wouldn't change it dramatically. Slight pattern and outsole changes, added patent leather, different collar shape, and a cool graphic insole.
This is the first shoe, stay tuned for the next!

Dwayne Wade's Way of Wade 2 Sells Out!
NEWSFLASH: Dwayne Wade's Way of Wade 2 sold out within the first hour! If you haven't heard, Li-Ning launched the Way of Wade 2 yesterday. This was super big for the Chinese brand because this was the first time American consumers had access to purchase the signature shoe stateside.
Personally, I love the design language of this shoe and the fact that it's made of premium leather instead of synthetic materials as most basketball shoes are these days. Click the link below to read D-Wades response to the U.S. release.

Brief History of Allen Iverson's Signature Sneakers
This one is for all of those AI fans out there (me included). I saw this post on SneakerNews and automatically fell in love with it. This is an art collection detailing all of Allen Iverson's signature shoes by Reebok. Seeing that he just recently retired, this is a great way to commemorate his legacy. Check it out by clicking the link below.

LeBron James Mini-Site
If you haven't taken a look already, do yourself a favor and check out Nike's Mini-Site for LeBron. The site details information behind all of his signature shoes so far along with detailed stats of his career journey in the NBA. This was a clever idea to celebrate is newly dropped LeBron 11. What do you think?

Rajon Rondo Officially Joins ANTA
It was rumored that Rondo left NIKE to sign with ANTA and today it is official! Yet again, another big name NBA star joins a Chinese brand. I actually like this move and the look of the shoe. The ANTA Rondo 1 is Rondo's first signature shoe....with a Chinese brand. Do I sense a trend here? Click the link to view more pictures and read more about the shoe. What are your thoughts on it?

Wiz Khalifa Collection by Converse
Pics of Wiz Khalifa's signature shoe line with Converse looks quite promising. They are still classic Converse styling with a twist. A nice twist at that. Leather wrapping around the counter with the signature canvas on the quarters. The package actually came with a suitcase that includes all types of Wiz Khalifa promotions within. The only disappointment is that this won't come to the masses when you go out a purchase your pair. Sucks, but take a look at what the entire package includes with the link provided.

Reebok Shaqnosis "Barracks"
By far this is Shaq's best colorway for his Shaqnosis in my opinion. The "Barracks" gets it's camo inspiration from Shaq's father's military heritage. The release date is set for August 28th for $115. Check the link below to find out all of the retailers that will have it along with more pictures.
