I came across this article a few days ago and been wanting to post about it for some time now.  Not only is it an interesting read, it's a read about a program and founder that I can personally vouch for.  I met D'Wayne in the Fall of 2011 while attending PENSOLE in Portland, OR.  He is one of the most knowledgeable mentors in the footwear industry.  His passion to teach and make young footwear designers better is something I truly respect.  Click the link below to read about his story and how he is remolding the footwear community.
