Are you the avid runner type? If so, you should be in love with this device. The FitSip is a 100% Hands-Free hydration system. Two engineers from Glasgow University in the UK designed this with an adjustable armband with a refillable liquid bladder capable of holding 200ml. It allows the user to easily hydrate themselves through a unique self-closing bite valve that doesn't leak or drip.
